I apologize for my very slow updates. I've been very busy due to a family death and raising my precious daughter Hazel. Oh and I'm moving again! To a house that's about 12 minutes away from my parents house but is technically in a different county.
Last month on the 13th, I started my own photography business. It's called Dark Sky Photography and I have a Facebook page for it too. I've always liked taking pictures so I decided to make a career out of it. My name is Brittany and I am 18 years old. This past spring, I graduated from high school. I am currently expecting my first child (she was actually due the 23rd, this past Saturday). I'm finding now as a time for new beginnings and due to that, this is my new and final account. I want to improve my art in ways that I have never been able to. Thank you! I'm looking forward to posting~ I just wish I didn't leave my drawing supplies at home when I came to my parents' house.. but I'm going home later today and then I'm going to start on some things. I already know the first thing I'll start on and it should be done hopefully by tonight or tomorrow afternoon. That is, if I don't go into labor.

I just read what you're talking about. She wasn't meaning it in a bad way... you said that the "what a woman wants from a man" posts are fairytale expectations. But the thing is, you can still dream of what you want in life. It's pursuing our dreams that take us far in life, whether it be from about a significant other, a career, etc. And you should pursue those dreams because they're bound to take you somewhere. And even if you don't get exactly what you want, you still went somewhere and got closer to what you wanted. That's what she meant. So she was saying, pursue what you dream of having. She wasn't trying to say that you have nothing.
I hope things go well when Hazel's born too... I've had some scares with her sudden low heart rate and my grandma told me today that heart murmurs run in my dad's side of the family. Plus I know my mom's side has plenty of heart problems too. And in a few years, I'll have to start having her tested for diabetes every 2ish years...
I can't wait to start drawing again! I just hope Hazel lets me today~
